(Feb. 17, 2010) Recorder Community Newspapers, publisher of this weekly newspaper, is getting into the 21st century by offering blogs right on its publications' Web sites. In fact, community organizations and individuals are invited to join the network by creating blogs there too.
The newspaper industry has found that more and more folks are reading newspapers online, mostly for the headline news. But while at the Web sites, they also are noticing other postings such as blogs.
Blogging is a real-time, multi-media form of Internet communication using words, pictures and even video. The process is simple and connection to Recorder Newspapers is free.
To get an idea of what to post, check out the 30+ bloggers spread on Recorders' 15 newspapers.
